The proposed healthcare program makes Medicare appear to be a waitress or stand as opposed. I would note that giving the public more responsibility for reforming a benefit program occurred decades ago with retirement planning. All these different mediums allow them to take good their clients easily and conveniently. Of course, the challenge with this is apparent.
